This isn’t a workshop about being told what to do. It’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your own story. My sessions are built around sharing my journey, growing up in the Philippines, navigating limited choices, facing real adversity, and then stepping into a completely new chapter by moving to a new country. A second chance that came with its own challenges, uncertainty, and pressure to choose a different path. What I carried forward wasn’t certainty, it was the resilience built through those earlier experiences. That same resilience became the foundation for changing my direction and building a better future. Not because my path is the answer, but because it creates space for others to see their own journey in a different light. Through honest storytelling, I create an environment where people can step back and ask themselves meaningful questions. Where have I come from? What have I overcome? What am I capable of? What This Experience Creates Perspective, seeing your challenges in a new light. Connection, realising you are not alone in your struggles. Reflection, taking the time to acknowledge how far you have come. Ownership, recognising the power you have to shape what comes next. Appreciation, valuing your journey, not just your destination. This is not about motivation that fades after the room clears. It is about creating a moment that stays with you, one that helps you recognise your own resilience, your own growth, and your own potential.
Kindness has the ability to create change in ways we don’t always see.
